Kind words from our customers
Kind words from the people and organisations we have helped through some of their hardest moments.
I would like to acknowledge and praise Kim and Peter, who attended the property yesterday and did an exceptional job. Both were highly skilled, efficient, knowledgeable, sensitive and thoughtful. I was very fortunate to have their help, and my situation has greatly improved thanks to their visit. I will eventually require additional help, and I would be delighted to have them assist me again.
Robert
A huge thank you for being such a great service. We were all so grateful for how professional and kind Kim was. You have been a great company to deal with, and I will certainly let my team know about your service should we ever have anyone in a similar situation. Thank you!
Katie
After our shop was flooded by stormwater, Kim and CJ worked diligently to make things right. Professional, caring people who did an amazing job. Just wonderful. Highly recommend. Thank you so much, Kim and CJ.
Annie
I would like to express my gratitude to Lucy and the team for the quick response to my request for assistance. I was amazed you could have your people with us within a day of my contacting you. Your two associates, Kim and CJ, arrived on time with warm smiles and an air of confidence that was a great relief. Our Op Shop Manager and I were so impressed with their expertise and their ability to take care of everything, tackling a tough job with skill and good humour. We cannot say enough good things about Kim and CJ, and we’re so glad they helped us. We told them they were brilliant, and we meant it. We will certainly recommend your company and staff to anyone in a similar situation. Thanks again.
